For those interested in Combined or E-file manicure, please provide a photo of your nails for consultation. Remember to have bare nails on the day of your appointment and avoid tearing off any nail enhancements to prevent damage to the uppermost layer of the nail bed, weakening them and causing the product to lift. If you come to your appointment with product on your nails, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the complete service fee. For medical or dry pedicures, ensure photos capture toenails, spaces between toes, heels, and personal tools are required if you have Onychomycosis (nail fungus or athlete's foot). Those who are dealing with foot issues like fungus, athletes foot, skin fissures, corns, cracked or dry skin, ingrown toenails whether known or not, will now be recommended for a medical pedicure. Safety and health are my top priorities, so please seek advice from a specialist if your condition is severe. The length of each service will vary based on the specific treatment. All pedicure services have a retention period of 6 weeks. Cancellation Policy
Will I be charged before the service?
You will be charged a deposit upon booking your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable. The amount of your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel, you will lose your deposit and an additional cancellation fee may apply.
What happens if I'm a no show or cancel?
You will lose your deposit and may also be charged a cancellation fee. Nails By Nara has a 30% cancellation policy that may be applied. The cancellation fee is calculated on the total appointment value. Please provide as much notice as possible it you are unable to make it.
Will I get my deposit back?
